Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

- Please allow 2 working days for your delivery (excluding furniture, beds & mattresses)
- Exceptions: Some remote UK locations (some of the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Orkney, Shetland Islands, some Western Isles and remote parts of Northern Scotland) are subject to an additional 1-2 working days transit time view the postcodes which incur longer delivery times

OVERSEAS, BFPO & NON-MAINLAND DELIVERY | - Postage is charged at cost, costs shown at checkout
- VAT (Value Added Tax) is deducted from all export orders. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that The White Company cannot be liable for any local import duties, taxes or delays
- Please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery
- Europe - approx 7 working days
- Rest of World - approx 14 working days

- For multiple orders of furniture a maximum of £50.00 will be charged
- Furniture requires our special attention - delivery times can take up to 6 weeks

- We are currently unable to deliver furniture outside of the UK
